The pre-fill feature for the form works great. However, I've encountered an issue when pre-filling my survey with a unique ID number. Heh, well that's a relief. :) I thought that was a pretty basic question but figured, everyone has to start somewhere. :) Maybe try using PowerAutomate to grab the form results and feed only the fields you need into Excel online?

Dear Mary,my bad, I described the issue wrong.I was wondering how I can discard the unused columns within Forms before I even download it.I don't want to even open excel and delete unused columns. Thank you
