I am able to ping the workstation using ping lite but try and use Remote Desktop it states Unable to connect to remote PC as there is no network connectivity. This is happening to only iOS users. Androids and Windows is fine so I know it is specific to the app running on iOS. Some sort of security permission is blocking the app from accessing the phones network connection. While I like the RD Application, it works very well and runs reliably and I have had few issues with it.  However I have a goal to use my iPad as my primary device hooked to an external monitor.  Unfortunately when connecting the iPad to an external monitor it does not display at the full aspect ratio as do some other iPad apps like Netflix.  Is there a setting I am missing or is there anyway to update the app to support this? ... I’m using the RD client to connect to several windows server 2016 computers and the issue has consistently been that as the mouse gets closer to the bottom right side of the screen it is off by a few pixels. including some basic info about the different keyboard shortcuts required for remote desktop sessions and 'normal' (read: local logon) Windows ops would be helpful for remote workers.    For instance, often-used keyboard shortcuts like app-switching with Alt+Tab are different in rdp sessions; including a 'map' of shortcuts for local vs. rdp would be great for remote workers to find in a 'help' section of the official MS rdp clients, especially the mobile clients.    Or, if you really want to 'delight' users, implement a shortcut translation layer in the MS rdp clients for iOS and Android! In RDP session, the mouse input will be offsetting vertically on iPad mini 6 both of Touch Input and Touchpad Input (I used iPad mini 5 without this problem)   That is, if I need to click the button at certain location on the screen , i need to tap few pixels below to hit that button or I would end up clicking something above that button.    I suspect that the iPad mini 6 screen resolution is different than other iPads and the bottom swipe bar causes the problem ... iPad OS RDP app does not provide keyboard compatibility between Windows and iOS. For example when using a physical keyboard and connected to PC via RDP - “Shift+space”; “Ctrl+space”; “Alt” doesn’t function in Microsoft Office as it would normally on a Windows PC.  RDP app on MacBook provides the keyboard compatibility setting that doesn’t give similar issues.  Please add the keyboard compatibility asap. ...
