In RDP session, the mouse input will be offsetting vertically on iPad mini 6 both of Touch Input and Touchpad Input (I used iPad mini 5 without this problem)
That is, if I need to click the button at certain location on the screen , i need to tap few pixels below to hit that button or I would end up clicking something above that button.
I suspect that the iPad mini 6 screen resolution is different than other iPads and the bottom swipe bar causes the problem
