Microsoft Remote Desktop has a memory leak. This started a few versions back; I thought maybe it would be fixed in succeeding versions, but it has not. You can watch with Task Manager and see it slowly consume more memory. It starts out with about a 50MB footprint, but I've seen it at over 4GB before I had to kill it. Right-clicking on the icon in the system tray did nothing (unresponsive). So there is an issue somewhere. I'm using Azure Virtual Desktop on my Windows 11 laptop with 2 additional monitors attached. I've configured my AVD connection to use the 2 additional monitors (2 and 3), so I could use my laptop screen for local actions. In the current Remote Desktop Client and also in the preview of the Azure Virtual Desktop App, it is unfortunately not saved in which state, and at which position the user has closed the desktop session.   Example: The session starts by default in Fullscreen, the user now switches to window mode and moves the window to the right of the screen. If the user ends the session or disconnects it and starts it again the session is back in fullscreen mode.   With the RDP properties you can influence the window behaviour a little bit, but not in the way that the Remote Desktop Client simply "notices" how the session was ended. Every other Windows program remembers the way (maximized/fullscreen) and position where it was closed.   Please change the behaviour to remember the position in window mode and whether the session ran in fullscreen or window.   ... I use RD from MACOS Version 14.0 (23A344) Sonorama. Everything worked correctly until the update, after it, the microphone when used from Teams works for a few seconds and after that a message appears saying the microphone does not work. The video, clipboard and other elements work without problems but the microphone does not, If from MACOS I try to measure the isolation level of the microphone, it still does not work. Add ability to set Outlook cache to a specific number of days if the profile fails to attach. Currently, FSLogix can set Outlook to online mode if the VHDx container fails to attach to the session.   A new registry key to allow FSLogix set the sync period in Outlook and keep Outlook in cached mode.   Right now we use the “Set Outlook cached mode on successful attach” but this is a simple on/off and in some of our sites Outlook is too slow when running in online only mode, it would be nice to be able to set the cache to 30/60/90 days or whatever on successful attach but leave the fallback position to be something like 3 days. ... After pressing Ctrl+C to copy to clipboard, or Ctrl+V to paste, the app where I pressed the shortcut hangs for several seconds. I've observed Ctrl+C hang inside the machine I remoted into, and Ctrl+V hang in the physical machine I'm on.   I've observed that both on macOS and Windows (10 and 11). The target machine is always Windows 11, and I'm remoting into DevBox (devbox.microsoft.com). On Mac I also have Parallels Toolbox with Clipboard History, not sure if that matters. The target machine is almost always plain vanilla DevBox with little to no modifications.   The hang happens when the app calls into the OS Clipboard APIs.
