Like many others we are struggling with the information provided, we are now passing our 2 year anniversary for verification.
We have generally replied within minutes of a request of information to be consistently denied without a clear explanation, only that our information needs to match, however not saying what information does not match. It has turned in to a game to try and find the missing piece of this puzzle as our entire staff have attempted to solve this and we are currently offering a one off bonus for the person who manages to figure it out.
Our latest attempts have now brought us back to verifying our e-mail domain(Waiting on the e-mail to verify for around an hour now). The furthest we have managed to ever get was providing our invoice for domain registration clearly showing our Australian Company Name/Business Name, my personal contact name and our domain.
Very frustrated at the process but what else can we do. Multiple support tickets have come and gone without any clear resolution.

Intatek your domain name on your paperwork must match the name you have in your Microsoft account EXACTLY. That is where a lot of partners seem to get hung up.
- IntatekCopper ContributorHi,
We have updated all the paperwork now to be identical to our partner profile(purely company name and my personal name as a contact on everything from all accounts). We were just told via our ticket that we need to submit documents that match yet again.
This is a rather troubling as we have definitely provided what should be enough. More troubling is our action pack subscription is up within the week and we have clients we have already on boarded for resale.
Really lost here. We are now also out of attempts to verify.

- MissilentTechCopper ContributorHi everyone... I too am having this issue with a "stuck" verification. It has now been 2 months and multiple escalations - and still no one cares. Any ideas how we can together get someone "real" to respond to our frustrations ??? any ideas welcome
Thanks Fiona - RicardoMCabreraSCopper ContributorI have the same problem I am stuck on
Employment verification for a couple of weeks, first I couldn't upload the documents and I opened a case 2308170010000518, then I was able to upload the documents and sent them by mail, but it's been more than 2 weeks and I don't have a response, is there a way to expedite this, since I am soon to renew the Solutions Partner designations
Thank you- VeryGoodBrass ContributorSame happened to me, I provided screenshots and videos of it, the documents and they closed the ticket saying, sorry have you tried uploading the documents and we are closing the ticket.
- RicardoMCabreraSCopper ContributorI wanted to tell you that I finally achieved verification, they always asked me for the domain invoice and in the end I sent it again but this time the invoice had the exact name of the company clearly visible, and my contact, which is what I have on the portal, If you can add a WHOIS it would be good too

JillArmour I did the process as mentioned, submitted all the files and now I got stuck on "
Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification.".
Reading this, I realized that my domain was bought with my personal account, I transferred it to my company account.
The issue is that the fix now doesn't allow me to add any other document. I tried to remove and recreate the company, but it went straight to an error message without the option to appeal.
It has been months since the ticket opened. MS closed the ticket several times without any answer.I need help.
- VeryGoodBrass ContributorIf you make any progress let us know, as this has been causing me nothing but grief the past few months, I've provided screenshots and videos and they just give a canned answer and close it
- ISV_Or_NotCopper ContributorFollowing the steps in that link - are not going to help if the People (or perhaps it's just AI) behind the verification process are non-responsive (or simply unhelpful)
Been there, done that.
TWO MONTHS later - still going.
All I did was update a buisness address after moving two suburbs.
I shouldn't have done that... Because now I can't renew my subscriptions, that have since expired. - MLagerbergCopper ContributorHi Jill. You have replied that you do not work for the support department but that you have contact with them. They are as I understand it heavily backlogged with applications. With so many people here having to just resubmit applications over and over for months wouldn't it be more efficient for the team to provide details on what documents they expect and make the applications a higher success rate at the first application instead of just over and over being rejected without motivation? If we would just get feedback on what is missing that would make it possible to process the applications instead of rejecting them.

I'm trying to publish my Windows App on the Microsoft Store.
Like many of the people here, I'm also providing all the required documents for verification, and keep getting a generic automated email asking me for documents I've already provided. The emails I receive from Microsoft do not acknowledge anything I've said or provided, and do not actually point out what needs to be fixed.
I had a similar issue with Apple a year ago, except I actually managed to get through to a human within a week or two, who then profusely apologized and quickly helped me get verified.
It has been around 2 months trying to get verified in the Microsoft Partner Center, and there has been virtually 0 progress with 0 help from a human. Just automated emails asking for documents I've already provided.- VeryGoodBrass Contributor
justusmulliGot the same problem on my side, unable to verify or move to next steps. The account verification tab does not appear, and doesn’t work, tried different browsers and computers, tried raising a support tickets but have no response, even when providing videos of the issue.

VeryGood -
Thanks for your message in community.
We are facing the same issue as you were. please help how did you resolve the issue ?
- Pim_KlaassenCopper ContributorI am trying to become a partner to get the Microsoft Action Pack. I haven't got any response to my support request for over a week. The process got stuck at employment verification since 20 days ago, with the interactive experience rejecting an official domain certificate providing no reason whatsoever. The instructions are vague and it is not clear what documents are required exactly. I do not understand how it could be that hard for a company like Microsoft to create something more user-friendly.
It seems like this has been going on since 2008 already? https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/92665b4b-fa04-4b76-983c-781e493fcd2d/the-partner-website-is-terrible?forum=isvpartneringwithmsft
What's going on over there? - OceanDigiCopper ContributorIts giving me no opportunity to upload documents. We've done this 6 times now - uploaded various authorised documentation that's been rejected with no reason. Our agreement runs out on August 17 so it's getting pretty desperate now.

Same here, clicking Fix Now brings up the window on the right but nowhere to upload anything, just another Fix Now button which starts the process again, so all it's doing is going around in circles?!
I've been a partner for years and didn't change anything but just last week received an email to say that their re-verfication of my details has now failed! They're asking me to upload a document which I'm happy to do but nowhere to upload it?!

We are loosing the business.
