How to appeal a rejected partner profile in the verification process

If your partner profile has been rejected in the verification process you can appeal the deision. Follow these steps

Its giving me no opportunity to upload documents. We've done this 6 times now - uploaded various authorised documentation that's been rejected with no reason. Our agreement runs out on August 17 so it's getting pretty desperate now.

Same here, clicking Fix Now brings up the window on the right but nowhere to upload anything, just another Fix Now button which starts the process again, so all it's doing is going around in circles?!

I've been a partner for years and didn't change anything but just last week received an email to say that their re-verfication of my details has now failed! They're asking me to upload a document which I'm happy to do but nowhere to upload it?!

  we are facing the same issue as you were, could you please provide your inputs on how did you resolve the issue. no response from Microsoft.
