How to appeal a rejected partner profile in the verification process

I'm trying to publish my Windows App on the Microsoft Store.

Like many of the people here, I'm also providing all the required documents for verification, and keep getting a generic automated email asking me for documents I've already provided. The emails I receive from Microsoft do not acknowledge anything I've said or provided, and do not actually point out what needs to be fixed.

I had a similar issue with Apple a year ago, except I actually managed to get through to a human within a week or two, who then profusely apologized and quickly helped me get verified.

It has been around 2 months trying to get verified in the Microsoft Partner Center, and there has been virtually 0 progress with 0 help from a human. Just automated emails asking for documents I've already provided.
