If your partner profile has been rejected in the verification process you can appeal the deision.
Follow these steps
I am trying to become a partner to get the Microsoft Action Pack. I haven't got any response to my support request for over a week. The process got stuck at employment verification since 20 days ago, with the interactive experience rejecting an official domain certificate providing no reason whatsoever. The instructions are vague and it is not clear what documents are required exactly. I do not understand how it could be that hard for a company like Microsoft to create something more user-friendly.
