Control Panel future?

Hi all,

With more and more Windows 10 configuration settings being added to the Settings part of Windows 10, and more references to the control panel being removed (i.e. from WIN+X menu), will we see a day where there is no more Control Panel? Or is it always going to stay?

Bonus question; Like I can control whether CMD or PowerShell is presented in the WIN+X menu, can you add the function so I switch between Apps and Features and Programs and Features?
