Insert files into a meeting invite
Hi I have a delegated and Editor permession on my manager's calendar ( outlook 365 ) and i was able to attach some documents into any booking on my manager's calendar . Recently this option is gone and when i open an invite on my manager's calendar that he recieved from a third person ( which was not me who created this invite ) then the "Insert" button in that invite is gone . I can now only attach files to the bookings who i have created on my managers calendar and not the invites my managers got from third persons . Any advise please to resolve this urgent issue ? Hi Support I'm using outlook 365 desktop app on win 10 . Whenn i open a new mail and click on insert ---> Poll then i got a window opened in the right side . I typed my question and I added the options and turned on for Multiple answers . When i click on " Add to email" then a flashing popup appear and disappear directly and nothing was added to the mail body . It works fine on webmail and this issue is exist only on Outlook desktop . Any advise please ? I tried the below suggestions without any luck : 1- Safe mode 2- A new outlook profile 3- uncheck cached mode 4- Delete outlook cache Best regards Samupdate meeting invites
We have created 4 meeting bookings on behalf of our CEO . These 4 meeting invites has text in notes. the invite was sent to 250 attendees . Now we need to update the text on the meeting invite for these 4 invites that the text will be updated on all attendess calendars as well BUT without notifying the attendees . Is that possible please ?Location suggestions ( meeting rooms suggestions )
we have a few users that experience issue where the suggeststed meeting rooms disappeared under location in outlook when the user want to create a meeting . We are using office365 and exchange online. I tried to "empty auto-complete" in outlook , create a new outlook profile, uncheck cached mode without luck. Any advise please ? Hi Support We are experiencing an issue that when users are working on a shared word document on sharepoint and different users write comments on that document and when one of the users want to print this document then it does not print all comments ... we have notified that some of the comments still missing ... is there any explanation for this issue, please ? The scenraio is that the user1 booked the meeting room for a 3 days conference. The user 2 could booked the same resource at one of these three days that the resource should be booked for the user1. Hi We have Surface Hub 85" and we have moved all mailboxes from on-prem to Exchange online. Before we migrate to the cloud ( Office365 ) then when we click on sign in to my files and meetings then we used to only type the user initial then will user profile be suggetsed then we can only click on the user profile and type password and MFA. After er moved to exchange online then when click on sign in to my files and meetings on the surface hub and type user initial then got message that " Can not access contactcs" then we need to click on shcool/work account and type full mail address and password then MFA for at login. Why we lost this settings after moving to Exchagnge online please? Best regards SamSurfacehub 2S
Hi Support We have MS Surfacehub 2S that keeps flicking. When I move the camera from the top to the side then it stops flicking for a while then gets flicking again. Hi, We are trying to connect Microsoft project to Microsoft project online. It seems that the project has to be synchronized with SharePoint. However, when we enter Project online a notification pops up " Change your default PWA site or request permission to the site ". We have added the user who has Plan 3 license as admin on Sharepoint PWA to get ride of the permission issue. After we did that and when we try to save a project from Microsoft Project Server to Sharepoint we receive the following notifications. How could we solve the issue ? Hi I have started to notice that sometimes there are not the same sharing options from OneDrive. In my session today with 5 minutes in between the options were not the same. First, there WAS the option to “Block download” and 5 minutes later it was not there.. Any explanation, please? Best regards Sarmad Nazar
