Hello, We are using Booking for the reservation of systems in our company. Members of the company are customers who are booking staff (systems) for a defined service. We have noticed that in the last few weeks, Bookings has been allowing the creation of conflicts (multiple bookings of one system). We have tried all available settings, including creating new staff, but to no avail. Does anyone know the cause of this issue? Previously, the booking system did not allow conflicts.1.1KViews0likes0CommentsExchange online resource calendar conflicts

The scenraio is that the user1 booked the meeting room for a 3 days conference. The user 2 could booked the same resource at one of these three days that the resource should be booked for the user1. Both users got acceptes mail from the resource. This scenario happened several time with different users. Where is the issue please? Best regards Sam1.5KViews0likes0CommentsShifts Conflicts Messages
Good morning, We have been recently experiencing a very large number of conflict messages on Shifts. It appears this issue emerged after the latest update. The most common conflict we are getting is a message that says "Person's name isn't available on date". I have looked high and low to try and find if Teams allows you to set your own availability and have found nothing. This issue is particularly problematic when time off requests are made as it creates a conflict for every day. I have over 50 folks on my schedule... Any help is appreciated. Hi All, Every time I assign a shift to one of my agents, the shift appears with a warning sign and let me know that: "John isn't available during this shift that day. Availability on that day: 2pm-6pm, 7pm-11pm". I might have been that the agent was only available during those hours in the past, but now he is able to work those hours. I have checked how to change his availability with my Manager profile and I have called the employee who shared his screen to check where HE could change his availability. We were not able to find how to change his availability. So every time I add a shift on his timeline, I have this alert. How can I solve this? Is there another post with the solution that you could share with me? Many thanks Antoine3.4KViews1like1Comment
