Sharepoint app and Microsoft Forms

Hi Microsoft Gurus,

We appear to be having an issue with Microsoft Forms and the Sharepoint app. We use to be able to see Microsoft forms when using the Sharepoint app, but now we receive this error message. It appears to work fine on the browser and the error only shows when using the sharepoint app. 

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi @o3illc - Microsoft Forms as a web part is not supported in the SharePoint mobile app (Use the Microsoft Forms web part - Microsoft Support). You could add a button/quick link on the page instead that points to the form.
