Copy list from one site to another with customized form

On SharePoint in Microsoft 365, I have an existing list customized in Power Apps (canvas).  Is there a way to copy the list to another site along with the customized form? Or a way to import the canvas app and connect it to the new list (copy of original list)?

For example: I created and customized an issue tracker list for one team site. Another team wanted the same for their team site. Using the copy 'from existing list' only copies the columns but doesn't copy the canvas form.
