Moving users projects to desktop app

Hi,

I am trying to move a few Microsoft projects from the online app to the desktop app.

Online I found about using the global PWA link, however the user in question does not have access to this link. Do you know if there is a way to move multiple Projects to the desktop app for one user only?

Hello @JackNairn ,

If the user does not have access to Project Online where the projects are saved, you'd either need to give them access (probably the best approach) or get a user that does have access, open the project from Project Online in Project Desktop and saves a copy of the project as an MPP file then send it to the user. This can be done with Save As or one of the Share options.
