Hello canguclu , They are not in the OData reporting API, you might be able to get them from the /ProjectServer API but I've never tried - the main reason is that in an enterprise environment, I'd always use Enterprise Custom Fields rather than local custom fields from the MS Project client. Hello afrstat , It seems like you might be using Project for the web / Planner Premium and not Project Online? These are different products. If you want to use Project Online, speak to your M365 admin to get a Project Online site collection created (if you don't have one?) Hello Arintra , It depends what you need to build in Power Automate, you might find that the license you have is enough. If you need any of the Premium connectors, you will have to pay for a new license. You'll see when you start to use Power Automate what is available to you. Hello Arintra , The retirement is at the M365 tenant level. I'd confirm with It when the M365 tenant was created. Regarding alternative solutions, it depends on your requirements. Power Automate is not a direct replacement for the built in workflows in Project Online either, it does not have the same capability when it comes to Project Online. Hello Arintra If your Microsoft tenant was created after 2nd April 2024 then this is probably why this does not work as Microsoft disabled the SharePoint 2013 workflow feature when these new tenants were created after 2nd April 2024. Hello Arintra , Does this happen with every project using that EPT / workflow? It might be worth opening a support ticket with Microsoft so they can dig into the logs. Your tenant admin can do this via the Microsoft 365 admin site. Just to note, Project Online workflows will be removed from the product in less than 12 months (2nd April 2026). If you are looking at setting this up now, I'd consider an alternative solution. Hello fshahin90 , The issue is a platform issue and not specific to Project, Project Server is a feature on top of the SharePoint platform. I would recommend posting this on the SharePoint Tech Community with the Excel example - if you solve that, I'm sure the Project Desktop issue will also be resolved too. Hello LASJOHO , I've not experienced this issue before but somethings worth checking: do you have at least a Project / Planner 3 license? does your org have Roadmap and Portfolio enabled in the m365 Admin center Org Settings? This feature uses Power Automate behind the scenes, does your organisation have any policies that might block / not allow Power Automate?
