Hello,
I'm going to try to be positive and 'happy' about this. lol
To be honest, any time I have to stop work because I'm having a technical issue, I allow it to work my nerves and affect my day. I'm old school and believe in the phrase 'that if it's not broken, don't fix it'.
Recently I HAD to change to Outlook/Microsoft 365 and it hasn't been the greatest experience.
I continue to get the error message shown below. I have gone into by options and thought that I made the appropirate changes to fix it but obviously not. My inbox keeps growing because I can't move emails until I close my outlook.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Lorena

Thank you. I installed the assistant program (SARA) and it didn't help. Said I needed to get with my administrator.
This is SO frustrating.
