Changes to outlook

Copper Contributor

So I reloaded outlook because it suddenly stopped working 3 days ago.  It refused to reload normally.  I downloaded a fresh program from my 365 account and it looks totally different.

I cannot add one of my existing e-mails, because they say it is no longer supported after having that e-mail for 25 years.  I revert to the "Classic" view that allows my old e-mail address and it will not show all my history nor can I now add 3 of my other e-mail addresses.

I go to the 365 help web page and it shows a video or how my old e-mail looked 3 days ago, but, I cannot get it back.

HELP please

So for those reading, I have fixed the issues with the help of microsoft.

I am surprised no-one on any forum could help.  It turns out that when I reloaded outlook from my subscription service, that was an on-line version and not the "Office" version I had before and that affected word and other programs also.

Reloaded Office and all fixed.  What a waste of 5 days of struggles.  It took Microsoft on the phone 1 hour to resolve.  Hope this helps others
