Create link to files

Hey guys, 

I was just wondering - which role in the least privilege model should I use to give a service desk user the possibility to "create link to files" in the M365 admin center under a users OneDrive tab? Any recommendation?

SharePoint admin is the minimum one, afaik.

I reviewed the settings - it is SharePoint admin as a minimum.
