Recording phone call

Hi

we would like to test TEAMS as a phone call solution but for legal purpose we need to automatically record some of our lines

It seems it s not possible at the moment, is there a planned feature ? or a workaround ...

All through this thread  I see that "compliant call recording can be acheived with Microsoft Teams but can only be achieved with Direct Routing."

We are trying to record calls and do have Direct routing via SBC but how do you actually configure this? I can't see any mention of call recording on the recommended article.

Compliance Call recording is available without an SBC, but needs a 3rd party solution. A list of certified solutions can be found here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-recording-policy#compliance-recording-for-team...

SBC vendors can also integrate recording with their media handling, but that would only cover calls that pass through the SBC, so really just PSTN calls and not meetings/internal calling. The SBC Vendors will have a list of call recording solutions they integrate with.
