Hi,

I’ve been trying to watch videos that my teachers send me on teams. They are is the .MOV form, every time I play them now, they stop working within a few seconds, I have to pause the video and play it again. I tried turning the app off, nothing seems to work. I have this problem when I use my phone and my tablet. Any tips?

At a guess I would say that the video is downloading slower than it's playing, so pausing is your best option so your devices has downloaded it before starting to play. Teams doesn't have any capabilities for .mov files, it would be better if you teacher uploaded then to Microsoft Stream then you would get an experience more like YouTube.
