Client not seeing option to join Teams meeting via phone other than dial in

Copper Contributor

I currently use Microsoft Teams for meetings at work. My one client has the Teams app downloaded onto her phone, that she uses to join meetings.

She mentioned to me that when trying to join our teams meeting via phone there is no option for her to 'join' other than to dial in.

The client also mentioned that she uses teams for other meetings and that the 'join meeting' option is available and she is able to join with no issues.

Any information as to why my specific teams meeting does not show my client the option to join the meeting via her phone?

@LaurenFerrara94  check and make sure the Anonymous Meeting join is turned on in your Meeting Settings and in your Meeting policies.

@ChrisWebbTech I just checked our internal process and it does show under meeting policies and meeting settings that anonymous users can join a meeting

Have you checked the invites that come in, do they not have the URL link to join? Only on internal but no one external or just this one user?
