Re: Teams status not syncing between mobile and PC
They released a new presence engine quite a while ago. It's not perfect but it's worked way better. My phone instantly changes my status when placing calls from phone etc. Don't know if it's client issues using old clients or what on your end. But it definitely still has it's problems updating properly from time to time, especially when there is service issues going on.72Views0likes0CommentsRe: "We couldn't find any results for" issue when searchig existing item in SharePoint list
Brent_Sipl That was for SharePoint but since OneDrive is SharePoint you can still do the same thing. You'll have to go through a bunch of clicks to get to the setting. in OneDrive click the cog setting wheel in top right. Then OneDrive Settings. Then on left More settings. Then under that is "Return to the old Site settings page" link. In that under Site Administration click Site libraries and lists. Then customize "Documents", assuming that's what you are talking about is someone's OneDrive. Then under Advanced Settings link you'll find the "reindex" button. If that doesn't work after a few hours, then I would look into the user account having the issue. Are they a full licensed user just like everyone else etc.? I'd reshare the folder directly with the user, and give it some time to see if there is something permission wise. Maybe they can access it, but maybe just through a link and it never got assigned direct permissions or something odd there.579Views0likes1CommentRe: OneDrive Direct Download Link

Then should be something like: https://xxxxxxxx.sharepoint.com/:t:/s/xxxxxxxxxxxsite/ESsLUY92kJhIgfgYgMQrprgBRe725nqcTXFy52gF2wEkbQ?e=olbgXf Just add &download=1 to the end and good to go. https://xxxxxxxx.sharepoint.com/:t:/s/xxxxxxxxxxxsite/ESsLUY92kJhIgfgYgMQrprgBRe725nqcTXFy52gF2wEkbQ?e=olbgXf&download=16KViews0likes4CommentsRe: MS Teams with Guests - can we put them with 'read only' permissions?
RamonCSP nope. Teams are still powered by O365 Groups for security, which has a Member / Owner model therefore you cannot have read only. You can mess around with underlying SharePoint permissions to lock down files but not chats for guests only.851Views1like0CommentsRe: Differing versions of Microsoft Lists
laser132217 Microsoft has a history especially with SharePoint builds of releasing something and finding a bug and rolling back or overwriting one update with another branch build. Eventually it’ll update but there can be inconsistency with releases sometimes.801Views0likes2CommentsRe: Preservation Hold Library taking up space
Unfortunately the only way to do this is having a global or compliance admin add an exception to your site from the retention policy it is under in compliance center. That may or may not be something alllowed but that is the only way.1.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: As a Team Owner, can i hide standard channels for all users
Whenever you get to a certain number of channels they start going under the hidden channel list. The auto show promotes certain channels that you want to guarantee show up in the list to people in your Team unless they hide it themselves. You can set up to 10 channels to do this. Unless they have changed the way it works in the new client for some reason that is how it used to work.3.8KViews1like1CommentRe: As a Team Owner, can i hide standard channels for all users
