LaurenFerrara94 check and make sure the Anonymous Meeting join is turned on in your Meeting Settings and in your Meeting policies.
ChrisWebbTech I just checked our internal process and it does show under meeting policies and meeting settings that anonymous users can join a meeting
- Have you checked the invites that come in, do they not have the URL link to join? Only on internal but no one external or just this one user?
