Can selecting 'Anyone' default to a specific person?
Is it possible to set a default booking calendar if someone selects 'anyone' from the 'Select Staff' list and the time is available for that person? For example, if I have 2 Staff that can be selected and are available for an appointment at 10am, if I select 'anyone', I want the appointment to be scheduled with Staff Member B every time but still want Staff Member A to be an option in the dropdown. Since a few weeks Microsoft Bookings very often shows me a specific notfication: "Temporary problem in personal bookings - Unfortunately, there seems to be a temporary network problem with personal bookings. Please refresh or try again later." My personal booking page then disappears (although I don't even use it, there is nothing set up in there) and I only see the shared bookings pages, which are relevant to me. However, if I want to access them, nothing really works: I can't make any changes, I can't set up a new service, I don't see the employees I added etc. The only thing that works is the booking page itself, so people can make bookings. Only the administration part doesn't function. This happens very often, in the App as well as in the Browser. Even for other colleagues of mine, this happens. I have found out though, that usually it works before 9 am and after 5pm (which are our companys office hours). And it occured as soon as more and more services were added to the page ( I am only talking about 10 services or so, and two shared booking pages.) Our internal tech service couldn't find a problem with my computer or so. Does anyone know, what might be the reason for this? Is there some setting maybe in bookings, that I need to change? Eight (8) years ago, I opened a bookings page for my company and individual one for myself associated with my work email account. My company is still active and email has never changed. We recently went through a website change and I was on my bookings page late last month capturing service links to add in as hyperlinks on the company website. All seemed as normal. Today, however, I attempted to go to my Bookings site and my personal one is gone while my company's page still exists. The landing page for me now shows "Shared Pages" for my company and my page (apparently where I land) is as blank as the day I created it. I panicked and went to my website, clicked a hyperlink to see if it was broken, but was somewhat relieved to find that it worked. Just last month, when I went to "Bookings", it would take me to a landing page that showed images (call them buttons, links, whatever, but they were rectangles with the titles and indicated that I was the administrator) for the two pages that I had set up - one was for my entire company and one was for me only. Now, when I click on the same link I have been using for 8 years, I go to a landing page where I see only one image under a heading "Shared Pages" that is associated with my company's Bookings page but my personal page is gone. It is as if the link to Bookings takes me to what is supposed to be my personal page but everything that I had built in it is gone. And from my personal page, I can access the shared Company Page I created. All of the customizations and services that I had set up over the last 8 years on my personal page are gone yet the links to those very services still work. What is going on? How can I recover my other page? Am I going to have to start from scratch again? Does anyone realize the headache that will create when I have peppered our company website with links to different services and now may have to change all of that to make sure that I can use Bookings as I had been before? I created a personal booking page. But I do not see the time slots displayed in my calendar and when I go to the booking page, all time are available completely not taking into account the meetings that are already in my calendar. Why in the name of god would you ever design a self booking function that does not look at existing meetings in the target calendar. Worked with google self scheduler and calendly and this is absolutely a non existing problem for both of these platforms. Now transitioned to 365 and I can't seem to get a simple feature as a self scheduler set up :( Attached a screenshot of all the available configuration options. So 2 questions: - I want to see the blocks in my calendar (attached an example of google self scheduler how it shows up in your calendar - it completely ignores meetings in my calendar and lets people book those slots leading to double bookings. Hi all, So I have 5 IT engineers I have added into my staff and 2 sites in my services. An engineer may do Monday and Tuesday at one site and then Wednesday-Friday at the other site. I cannot work out how to only make them bookable at the correct site they are at on that day if anyone can advise? Adding physical address of customer on calendar booking
Hi I am trying to set up bookings for my area and we need the street address to be easily visible to the staff. Is there any way to get the address to show on the booking on the calendar?
