Adding physical address of customer on calendar booking
Hi
I am trying to set up bookings for my area and we need the street address to be easily visible to the staff. Is there any way to get the address to show on the booking on the calendar? Currently on shows name and booking type.

I'm trying to find my business address in the Bookings set up. In the event type set up I'm trying to create the event to be a showroom appointment at our showroom. The location doesnt let you enter our address, and tried to use the 'current location' so annowying ! how can we find/ebnter our physical showroom location for the event type so customers know where to go !
Did you get a reply/did you get this done? If yes, can you tell me what has to be done to get this to work?
So the only way we were able to do this is create a mandatory question in the custom field and then when the booking comes through to outlook you can open the booking and copy address to the location area in outlook. Bit of messing around but it makes it so the address is seen in the calendar.
This is such a waste of good technology. Why can't MS just connect to Google address lookup? or even Bing address lookup? so strange. I cant see any other way around this, it seems to default lookup your calendar address in your local machine? maybe i'll save a business address in mac address book and see if it works? as you can see Clayton trucks and another entry appeared in the drop down.
