Microsoft 365 Business Premium Bookings calendar admin has turned onEvents on personal calendar affect availability. It looks like only the main calendar (called "calendar") of a user's personal Office 365 can affect availability in the Bookings calendar as you cannot select any other calendars to share with your organization (Office 365 / Calendar / Settings / View all Outlook Settings / Calendars / Shared Calendars / Select a Calendar). Other calendars the user has added to "My Calendars" don't show - not even those added as 365 calendars and not from external sources. Hi Microsoft Team, I am a frequent user of Microsoft Bookings and appreciate its functionality. However, I would like to suggest an enhancement that would greatly improve the user experience. Currently, bookings are automatically added to my calendar once they are made. It would be extremely beneficial to have an option to approve or reject bookings before they are confirmed and added to the calendar. This feature would allow for better control over my schedule and ensure that all appointments are suitable and convenient. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe it would be a valuable addition to the Microsoft Bookings app. If there is already a way to do this, please let me know. I contacted my organisation who said there is no way to disable the auto-booking feature when users book appointments using my Bookings link. Hi! Two questions: I'm using Microsoft Bookings as a way for my field sales team to book various Services e.g. customer staff trainings, customer activations, etc. with my team. Does anyone know if there's a way for the Booking to act as a Request that my team can review and then Confirm, rather than automatically confirming? My team is national in scope and are based in 3 different time zones. Is there a way to set individual time zones by Staff? Thanks! Hello, in my bookings event the customer can make a note. But in my calendar I only see the name of my event and not the specific question or extra info that my customer has written in the field "Note". Is there any way to publish/see that field in outlook? So I don't have to open the appointment for more detail. If anyone knows if this is possible or note in bookings vs outlook? Our form for scheduling employee onboarding has questions asking the manager/booker for the joining person's name. When a manager/booker submits a booking request to us/bookee, the booker receives confirmation of this information they put in under "Your Details", but we/bookee (the one who needs this information) do not see this information at all (neither subject or email body content). There seems to be no way to customize the confirmation email that we/bookee get, and the "additional information' section is what we fill out beforehand. How can we get this information the booker provided? (Is this case, 1 person named "Test person") Is there a way to update/customize the subject line or body of the confirmation email to include this, rather than just "New booking: for HR Onboarding Meeting (booking name we set)"? I manage a 365 tenant that uses Bookings. Our staff would like to begin using the Virtual Appointments On-Demand feature. We have been able to test a few meetings, but the "Allow requests for On-demand services" toggle under Booking page settings is switching itself off. Because of this, customers can't use the feature. I saw another form post here with a user experiencing the same issue without resolution or follow-up.
