When I export any Bookings page to a TSV file, the Staff column is always blank. The column is there but all the column cells are empty. This is one of the main areas where my customers want analytics without going through a manual process. Is there a known issue with blank Staff columns in Bookings exports? Are there workarounds? Hey everyone, I am trying to creating booking page for me and my colleague where both of us are available, as both of us should be attending the meeting. But bookings only take into account my calendar and not my colleagues calendar. Any info to this will be highly appreciated. It is customary in business to have meetings start at the :00 (top) or :30 (bottom) of the hour. I am using a 30 minute meeting in bookings. However, if I include a buffer time, (5 minutes for example), then all the suggested meeting times shift to :05 and :35. This is very odd to present to clients, and essentially makes the buffer feature unusable. Is there a way to force meetings to the :00 and :30 with a buffer time? A new issue has appeared this week, even though no Bookings settings have been changed. It seems that individuals booking a meeting with an external email address receive the appointment confirmation email several hours after making the reservation, whereas the email is sent instantly for those booking with their institutional email address. We have just set up a basic page for Microsoft bookings but I am struggling to set it up for our particular requirements. I have gone round in circles a bit so any help would be very much appreciated. Basically, we have an open day of our facility in April and I want to set up a series of days where people can book. From Tuesday to Friday, we'll have 8 slots per day. There will 4 slots available from 10:00 am - 12:30 with four staff being available and then 4 slots in the afternoon from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm So 4 separate people can be given a tour at the same time (10:00 am) or within 10-15 mins of each other by 4 different staff. So I don't necessarily need set times every 30 mins or every hour. So ideally we'll have two start times - one at 10:00 am and one at 1:00 pm and we can take 4 people in the morning and 4 people in the afternoon. I have looked at the system and I can see you can assign staff etc but I cannot overlap the times or create 4 for the same starting time. Is there a simple way to do this? Eight (8) years ago, I opened a bookings page for my company and individual one for myself associated with my work email account. My company is still active and email has never changed. We recently went through a website change and I was on my bookings page late last month capturing service links to add in as hyperlinks on the company website. All seemed as normal. Today, however, I attempted to go to my Bookings site and my personal one is gone while my company's page still exists. The landing page for me now shows "Shared Pages" for my company and my page (apparently where I land) is as blank as the day I created it. I panicked and went to my website, clicked a hyperlink to see if it was broken, but was somewhat relieved to find that it worked. Just last month, when I went to "Bookings", it would take me to a landing page that showed images (call them buttons, links, whatever, but they were rectangles with the titles and indicated that I was the administrator) for the two pages that I had set up - one was for my entire company and one was for me only. Now, when I click on the same link I have been using for 8 years, I go to a landing page where I see only one image under a heading "Shared Pages" that is associated with my company's Bookings page but my personal page is gone. It is as if the link to Bookings takes me to what is supposed to be my personal page but everything that I had built in it is gone. And from my personal page, I can access the shared Company Page I created. All of the customizations and services that I had set up over the last 8 years on my personal page are gone yet the links to those very services still work. What is going on? How can I recover my other page? Am I going to have to start from scratch again? Does anyone realize the headache that will create when I have peppered our company website with links to different services and now may have to change all of that to make sure that I can use Bookings as I had been before? We have a Public Microsoft Bookings page linked on our website to provide prospects with an option to schedule a call with our business development team. For the most part, this seems to be working fine. However we have been made aware that our link sometimes does not work. Is this because the end user does not have a Microsoft account?
