Hello everyone, We are experiencing an issue with Microsoft Bookings. Our setup allows external customers to book appointments via the published booking link on our website. However, we have noticed that staff members can still be double-booked, even when their Outlook calendars show them as “Busy.” Here’s what we have already done to try to resolve the issue: Ensured that the option “Events on Office calendar affect availability” is enabled for all staff in Bookings. Verified that in Outlook, the staff calendars have appointments marked as “Busy” to reflect their availability. Shared staff calendars with the Bookings account and set default permissions to “When I’m busy”. Checked that the booking page settings are set to respect staff availability. Despite these steps, the system still allows bookings to be made during times when staff are busy. Our staff mailboxes are hybrid (both on-premises and in Exchange Online), and we are running a hybrid setup in general. We are wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and if there are recommended solutions or workarounds. Thank you for any insights!12Views0likes0CommentsSyncing calendar with Bookings for a shared email account
Hi! I'm trying to create a booking system for a 1-user database. I used my institution's general email account, which is not associated with a particular staff member. I created the shared Bookings page. I added the general email account to it as a staff member. I made myself unavailable for the Bookings page, so that all bookings will go to the general account. However, I am not able to sync the manually added calendar events with Microsoft Bookings. In other words, if I manually add a booking to the general account's calendar, it doesn't show on Microsoft Bookings that the slot has been taken. I believe the solution is to select 'Events on Office calendar affect availability' under Edit Staff. However, the option is greyed out. I asked my institution's IT department, but they were unfamiliar with this. As it is a shared mail box, they don't think it has an admin. My questions are, is it possible to sync a calendar with Bookings for a general account without an admin? If yes, how do you do it? I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if anything is unclear and I will try to explain more. Thank you very much in advance for your help!34Views0likes0CommentsAdd Guests / Additional Emails While Booking a Meeting with Microsoft Bookings
Is it possible to allow the person booking a MS Bookings meeting to add additional emails as "guests"? For example, someone could add their colleagues who would also like to join the product demo that they're booking. Calendly has this by default and you can add up to 10 additional emails. These people will be invited to the event as well, however, they are no automatically RSVP'd. Can this be achieved with MS Bookings?1.2KViews2likes3CommentsCustomer Declined but Meeting Didn't Update
Hello! I have a customer that booked time with me through my Microsoft Bookings link. This customer also has Outlook, but when they declined the meeting, I didn't receive a notification. I would like to set up separate bookings calendars for each of our sales reps so I can configure all the settings for them and access them from my login, but then add them under staff as an administrator of the calendar so they can manage. I have created a calendar and added my staff member, but how do I change my membership status so it no longer shows "bookable". I want this calendar to sync only with my sale rep's Office 365 Outlook calendar and not show mine.11KViews1like14CommentsIssues with logic apps webhooks limit while connecting to Microsoft Bookings
We have created Azure Logic Apps webhooks to fetch appointment data from Microsoft Bookings portal, but we are getting the below error in our Logic Apps: Status Code: 429 Status(StatusCode=\"ResourceExhausted\", Detail=\"Only 5 webhooks allowed per bookings business\") This is known limitation from Microsoft: Only 5 flows can be created per Bookings Mailbox. Description: For a Booking Mailbox, only 5 flows can be created. This is a Bookings Mailbox level limit and not a per admin limit. If you are looking for more than one action for an appointment trigger, you can add that in one of the existing flows by using the Add Action button. You can contact other Booking administrators for support. We are unable to delete existing webhooks for the particular Bookings mailbox. Please guide me how I can get the webhooks details and delete the unused one?70Views0likes0CommentsRemove permission for customers to cancel meeting

Hi anyone knows if there's a possibility in Microsoft Bookings to make the option to select staff mandatory and|or disable the option to select anyone? I want to avoid that costumers make an appointment with all staff that's available at a certain point. This is what happens when you don't select a certain staff member but leave the option to -Anyone-. The system creates multiple appointments with all staff available during the selected time slot. Thanks for your help Kind regards -Jo42KViews5likes21CommentsNone of the staff, services, or other changes we made are displaying on the Shared Booking page.
The Shared Booking "Admininstrator" shows black and it looks like it is loading for about a minute to load and then disappears. I've tried accessing it using different browsers, in incognito mode, and through Teams and the web app. When I access the shared booking configuration, it doesn’t display all staff or services and the link is missing. I have already submitted a support ticket with Microsoft, but they are still working on identifying the issue. I need help troubleshooting this problem. Looking forward to see some suggestions.Solved656Views0likes6Comments
