Formula in excel

Can somebody help me with a formula for auto replacing 1 as E, 2 as J, 3 as O, 4 as T , 5 as Y , 6 as V, 7 as Q, 8 as L, 9 as G, 10 as B.

so if the number is 1070 it should display as EBQB 

if it is 1278 it should be EJQL
