Excel split data from one excel to multiple sheets

Hi, I have all two excel workbooks,
Workbook one has all employees I'd with marks, and workbook two has a report card format form.

1) I want to create an automatic report card form when a new employee I'd is added to the workbook 1 with all other fields data.

2) if I have 10 new employee id’s in workbook 1 I want to see 10 different report cards.

(I want to create something like mail merge without sending any emails, I just want a different report card form for each employee)

Is that possible can you please help me?
