Every time I open excel a pop up window appears; 'Microsoft Visual Basic" OK - I have to click OK 3 times before it disappears and allows me to use excel.
I don't use Visual Basic so don't know why this appears every time!
Can you help me disable this pop up window alert?

See Excel Startup Problems, in particular the section 'Excel shows errors during startup or behaves odd'.

As it is already in the link sent, it would be an advantage (for you and the helper) if the Excel version and the operating system are at least as information. In this way we save each other a lot of time.
Since it probably looks like Office in mac from the picture, I can't help. To put it mildly, my knowledge in this area is very limited.
Nonetheless, I am sure that one of the specialists could possibly have an answer if all the information is there.
It could be possible that it is VBA code and cannot be played in mac. Try another file, if it does the same it is a setting problem, if not then file problem. In the event of a file problem, you can copy / paste the data into a new worksheet.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
