M365 Copilot Chat Works for Cloud-Only Students, Not for AD-Synced Accounts
I want to make M365 Copilot Chat accessible for our students (13+), and according to this article, I have prepared everything: My tenant is correctly classified as K12. The student account has the attribute ageGroup set to NotAdult in Entra ID. Unfortunately, this only works with student accounts that are cloud-only. When I synchronize a student from the on-premises AD to Entra ID and set the ageGroup attribute to NotAdult in Entra ID, access to Copilot Chat does not work. Any ideas?swissschoolNov 07, 2025Occasional Reader17Views0likes1CommentAI Agent instructions character limit in Studio license
I currently have Copilot M365 license and restricted by the 8000 characters limit for providing instructions while creating my AI Agent. If I upgrade my license to Copilot Studio license, would it have the same 8000 characters limit for providing agent instructions? or there is a different limit?gaumzi83Nov 07, 2025Occasional Reader8Views0likes0CommentsWorkflows and App Builder Agents
Hey everyone, I have recently started using the Workflows and App Builder Agents, which are currently in preview through the Frontier programme and I would like to know your opinions on these tools as well. From my side, Workflows: didn't work once for me, most of the time, the flow is correctly generated, and connections are established but the flow fails to save. when it did save (that two times), it couldn't use the Outlook getEmails actions to pull information and errored out we don't have any DLP policies to block its use, so I don't understand why nothing is working here. last, it's no possible to edit the flow, which is not a great experience especially when trying to figure out what went wrong. App Builder: users need the permission to create a fresh sharepoint site for each app, this is a horrible experience for admin, as there could be hundreds new sites as users play around with the agent, why not allow users to pick an already established site, as all it does is create a list to store the information in? it's not possible to edit the app manually, so you're stuck talking to the agent for a long time to make changes that would take seconds in the PowerApps editor. when making changes through the editor, you can ask the agent to change a single thing in the app, then it 'kinda' understand and changes the entire thing either way, adding to the frustration. So all-in-all, both agents are a great concept, but they are still waaaay behind in what they promise.KamBrzezinskiNov 07, 2025Copper Contributor41Views1like1CommentImposible activar/contratar Copilot Pro
¡Gracias!mdm1Nov 05, 2025Copper Contributor31Views0likes1CommentTechnical issue - expansion of the dialog box
Hi, I have watched prompt creation video in which the presenter had an option of expanding the Copilot dialogue box into the full screen. Upon pasting several line of text, an arrow appeared in the top right corner of the dialog box (see photo attached) This is for some unknown reason not available to me. Initially I thought it's because I was using browser rather than the app, but I have since installed the app and I cannot find the way to replicate this. I'm let to believe that I have full unrestricted license. What could be the cause of it? What am I missing? When I clicked "See agent in Microsoft 365", it redirected to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ When I clicked "Add", it was written "Something went wrong". Why is this happening? Am I missing something? What should I do to fix this? I just want my agent to be accessible via Microsoft 365 Copilot. Thank you in advance.margaretaakNov 05, 2025Copper Contributor22Views0likes0CommentsHow to Ask AI Meeting Assistants the Right Questions During Meetings
In today’s fast-paced hybrid work world, tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot (often simply “Copilot”) that sit inside your meeting platform are dramatically changing how we interact in meetings. But having access to a powerful AI helper doesn’t automatically mean you’ll get maximum value. Much of the benefit comes down to how you ask it questions. If you pose vague, unfocused prompts, the answers will reflect that. On the other hand, well-crafted questions can turn Copilot into your strategic co-pilot during meetings. In this post, we’ll walk you through why asking the right questions matters, what kinds of questions to ask during or after a meeting, and how to ask them effectively to improve clarity, decisions, alignment, and follow-up. https://dellenny.com/how-to-ask-ai-meeting-assistants-the-right-questions-during-meetings/29Views0likes0CommentsTurn Conversations into Reports Instantly with Copilot in Microsoft Teams

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, teaching students how to understand, use, and critically evaluate artificial intelligence (AI) isn’t optional — it’s essential. By adopting the lens of AI literacy, educators can empower learners not just to use AI tools, but to engage with them responsibly, creatively, and ethically. AI literacy refers to “the technical knowledge, durable skills, and future-ready attitudes required to thrive in a world influenced by AI.” It’s about developing both cognitive understanding and critical awareness. One powerful way for educators to teach AI literacy is by integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot (hereafter “Copilot”) into classroom practice. With Copilot’s capabilities — from generating prompts to supporting lesson planning — teachers have a hands-on opportunity to model, scaffold, and assess AI literacy in meaningful ways. This blog outlines how educators can harness Copilot to teach AI literacy, offering frameworks, strategies, classroom applications, and ethical considerations. https://dellenny.com/how-educators-can-teach-ai-literacy-using-copilot/25Views0likes0CommentsCopilot and Viva Empowering Employee Engagement
