AI Agent instructions character limit in Studio license

I currently have Copilot M365 license and restricted by the 8000 characters limit for providing instructions while creating my AI Agent.

If I upgrade my license to Copilot Studio license, would it have the same 8000 characters limit for providing agent instructions? or there is a different limit?
