Prevent list form
I have a list with 10 columns. I created a custom view to share this same list with some partners, but they only can see 6 columns. The problem is, I what that guests can only view the list, I dont want then to open the form. The list is already guest only, so, they cant edit the form. The problem is, even they cant edit the form, they can see the data of the other 4 columns on the form. Is there a way to prevent a guest to open the form of a list on the sharepoint? I have a gallery view on a list with grouping. Currently, each group will be shown across multiple rows within the boundaries of the spCardContainer element. I want to display each card within a group on a single "line" with a horizontal scrollbar. I know I have options in CSS using (perhaps) flex-wrap, but I could use some help putting it together in JSON for my formatting. Who can help?
SharePoint site logo display issue
Hi all, We have built an extranet on our SharePoint Online however the logo is not being displayed for both internal and guest users. We have other extranet sites up and running which does display the logo. I cannot figure out what i can be. I need assistance adding a new column to a SharePoint document library. The library contains more than 5,000 items, and when I attempt to create the column via the Microsoft Graph API I receive an error stating that the list view threshold of 5,000 has been exceeded. Oddly, when this error occurs the column still appears in the library, but it is not indexed. Any attempt to update the column definition to set indexed = true fails for the same threshold reason. Is there an alternative way to create and index this column programmatically? Manually adding the index through the SharePoint UI works, but that is not feasible for our use case — we need a repeatable, automated solution that can be applied across many customers. Thanks.
Concatenate columns in Sharepoint list with JSON?
I want to concatenate First and Last name columns in Sharepoint. I can easily do this in Excel and Access, but this function is not available in Sharepoint. Yes, I know about the Calculation Column, but it looks like more vaporware - more half-baked nonsense from Microsoft. It does not work. Is there a way to use JSON to achieve this?

Restoring overwritten file by Power Automate
I'd like to know there's any way to restore file which is overwritten by the automation workflow. File is copied from another folder in document library to another folder by overwriting. As I've checked activity of its folder, it shows that workflow deleted the previous file before creating new file. The action in the workflow Currently, I've tried to restore from Microsoft Purview but it doesn't work. Also, these's no anything in recycle bin or second bin. And file doesn't have any version history because it new created one. Thank you in advance for any response, either good or not.
Sharepoint List - New Item displays data from previous form submission
Hi All. I have set up a Sharepoint List. I used a customised form using power apps. I have a slight issues that is annoying me. Here is sequence of events: Edit and submit an existing list item using the power apps form. After submitting updates, the list reloads - i would like to create a new list item, so i select "+ Add New Item" button When the form loads, the fields are pre-populated with input from the previous list item Currently, i have to abandon the new item, refresh the brower and try again (this now loads as expected with clear fields). Question: Is there any functionality that will "refresh" the page following a edit to an existing list item rather than a manual refresh. I can see users within the organisation getting frustrated with it if they are not aware they have to manually refresh before adding a new item to the list. Hello everyone, I am trying to create a page on one of my SP sites dedicated to search. Specifically, I want to use tags/labels as filters. So far, I have managed to do this using the PnP Modern Search filter tool on one level (I create a column, map the crawled properties with a RefinableString, and configure the filter). Now I would like to do the same thing, but this time on multiple levels with a tree structure. I've created a TermSet and in the filter configuration, I saw this “Container tree” option, but nothing works, and I can't find any help or documentation on the subject. Does anyone have any information? Or a way to use this option and have tree view on the filter? Thank you in advance, any help will be greatly appreciated. Kind regards
