How do I get started
Hello, I am new here and still trying to figure out how to get started. The process has been quite challenging for me. I have logged into the Nonprofit Hub and navigated to the Product Comparison section, but I’m not sure what to do next. In fact, the page is prompting me to make a purchase and is directing me to enter my credit card details. I’m unsure how to proceed, especially since we’ve already been approved for nonprofit grants and discounts from Microsoft. Could someone please guide me on how to get started without needing to make a payment? Thank you so much for your help!ufgambiaMay 17, 2026Copper Contributor158Views0likes2CommentsIssue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required
Hello, Our organization has been accepted into the Microsoft Non-Profit program, and we have been granted 10 donated licenses. However, in order to obtain them, I need to purchase them, even though the cost is 0 euros. I understand this is an administrative process to acquire the licenses. The problem is that the system requires me to enter a credit card, which I do not have. My organization does not have a credit card. Is there any way to obtain these licenses without providing a credit card number? Thank you for your help. Our nonprofit organization (Baan Vereniging Alkmaar) has been approved through the Microsoft Nonprofit Hub. However, when attempting to claim Microsoft 365 Business Basic nonprofit licenses in the Admin Center (Billing → Purchase services), we receive the error: 'Sorry, your organization is not eligible for this offer.' The nonprofit approval is confirmed but the licenses are not linked to our tenant. Please activate the nonprofit grant licenses for our tenant. I tried to contact by phone (0800 020 2546 given by https://admin.microsoft.com/ for The Netherlands) but the number seems to be offline. After that I tried to create a support ticket at: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com (which trows an error: Error occurred while submitting request. Please try again.) How to proceed?...bvalkmaarApr 27, 2026Copper Contributor124Views1like4CommentsNon profit grant not showing in Azure
Hi all, We successfully renewed a non profit grant (https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/offers/azure shows it is active from 30/03/2026), however it is not showing in the Azure portal at all. In the Azure portal, the payment methods tab does not show any credits. Does someone know how to resolve this? I have sent a support request to Microsoft but have no idea of what their timelines are like for responding. thanksUHApr 14, 2026Copper Contributor63Views0likes2CommentsAzure Grant Submission unsuccessful

Hello everyone, I have signed up our non-profit organization for Microsoft Non-Profit and it was approved. In the approval-mail I was instructed to go to the "non-profit hub" to sign in and select the plans we would like to use. Unfortunately, when I try to log in at the non-profit hub, I am redirected to a blank page with just a loading circle spinning for all eternity (I've let it spin for 3 hours at one time). I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) as well as different devices, the result remains the same. The username and password are correct - the former was additionally given in the approval-mail, the latter was checked several times. Is there another way to select the plans for our non-profit organization? Thanks in advance.TJH_14Dec 08, 2025Occasional Reader1.8KViews0likes13CommentsIssue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required
