Appreciate all the conversations, sharing of use cases, and especially the copilot demo. I am in! But I'm getting lost in the options for nonprofits. My org is 8 people, and I've also heard that copilot is only available for orgs of 300+. Is there a free trial available? If not, it'd be great if there were one--at least for the orgs who committed the time to join the summit in Bellevue. Appreciate everyone!SolvedsujinatorFeb 01, 2024Copper Contributor1.1KViews2likes5CommentsEmpowering Nonprofits: A Step-by-Step Guide to Launching & Configuring Community Training with Azure

Dear Microsoft, We need help regarding azure grant. I as a founder and representative of non profit association "Ekviti" in Serbia, tried to register our association in Microsoft non profits program. We were accepted, we have emails, subscribed for 9 licenses and all is fine except we are getting rejected for azure grant. I have added all of the documentation we could think of, but we never got what is actually needed? Last answer from support/team for azure grant was: We have been unable to determine your relationship to the nonprofit organization and are unable to process your account for Nonprofit offers. we would appreciate help from Microsoft side to know what should we provide. We are building awesome app that will help build society awareness for helping others and improving life. We are working on it for 4 years and we plan to go live in 1 year, you can check our website https://ekviti.rs/en/. There are 7 of us as board members, all developers, we been working in .net for a 8 years and really enjoy it, this grant would help us achieve our dream in which people are competing to do good, that is what this app is for. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Marko Todorovic on behalf of EkvitiMarko_EkvitiAug 12, 2025Copper Contributor74Views1like1CommentIssue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required
Hello, Our organization has been accepted into the Microsoft Non-Profit program, and we have been granted 10 donated licenses. However, in order to obtain them, I need to purchase them, even though the cost is 0 euros. I understand this is an administrative process to acquire the licenses. The problem is that the system requires me to enter a credit card. I tried using a prepaid Mastercard, but it was not accepted. Unfortunately, our organization does not have a credit card. Is there any way to obtain these licenses without providing a credit card number? Thank you for your help. Hello, I have a problem to access the Non-Profit Hub. The login is successful (via MS authenticator) but the redirect to the home page of Non-Profit Hub fails and I get an error that I am not allowed to go ahead at the moment. I opened two cases and both where closed because the responsible support team member told me that I hadn't been able to provide any documents to verify my identity and association with the Nonprofit organization. I don't understand why I has to provide that information because the login was successful and all my contact information where stored in the MS account of our organization. But for both cases (2404100040001826, 2404170040002248) we had provided infomation about my assocation (email sent to me by MS Non Profit, just before problem happens, to approve the sponsorship of our organization and a business letter of our organization to describe my assocation). Without this support I am not able to request the Office 365 licenses and the MS Azure feature we want to use. Any idea how to solve the deadlock?Hans-Peter_MaurerMay 10, 2024Copper Contributor1.1KViews1like8CommentsJoin our upcoming webinar on boosting nonprofit M365 adoption - April 17

Hi, We are a small(ish) charity that is responsible (amongst other things) for running a local community centre. We signed up MS NonProfit benefits well over 2 weeks ago and whilst an account was created, I have heard nothing whatsoever since, not even confirmation of the account creation and what would happen next. The general guidance says it can take 'up to 10 business days' for approval but we are well past that. I provided all of the necessary information including our governing document/constitution and we are all up to date with our Charity Commission reporting requirements. I don't know whether the application is stuck in a queue somewhere, whether it is being processed or even declined and I am not sure how to find out! Any help would be appreciated.
