We are being rejected for azure grant

Dear Microsoft,

We need help regarding azure grant. I as a founder and representative of non profit association "Ekviti" in Serbia, tried to register our association in Microsoft non profits program. We were accepted, we have emails, subscribed for 9 licenses and all is fine except we are getting rejected for azure grant.

I have added all of the documentation we could think of, but we never got what is actually needed? Last answer from support/team for azure grant was:

We have been unable to determine your relationship to the nonprofit organization and are unable to process your account for Nonprofit offers.

we would appreciate help from Microsoft side to know what should we provide. We are building awesome app that will help build society awareness for helping others and improving life. We are working on it for 4 years and we plan to go live in 1 year, you can check our website https://ekviti.rs/en/.

There are 7 of us as board members, all developers, we been working in .net for a 8 years and really enjoy it, this grant would help us achieve our dream in which people are competing to do good, that is what this app is for.
