Azure Grant Submission was unsuccessful - Error Code 715-123190
Hello, My Problem is the same as: Error when trying to claim Nonprofit Azure grant | Microsoft Community Hub And similar to: Error when trying to enroll to Azure Benefit | Microsoft Community Hub I tried with my customer to claim his reward for the Azure Subscription. We opened the account on the Non-Profit-Hub successfully and the organization is approved for the reward. However, we got this error: How to resolve this? Best regards, SimonSolvedNephewwoJun 10, 2025Copper Contributor38Views0likes4CommentsAccepting Azure Credit.
Hello Everyone, I've been trying to accept our Azure non-profit credit however every time I try it keeps telling me that your billing account already has credits. (didn't understand the process at first so I signed up for a free account with a $200.00 credit.) Does anyone know how to accept this? I tried to create a support ticket but when I input what's happening it jumps to solution and doesn't give me the option to submit anything. Any help would be great.SolvedsfenertyMay 12, 2025Copper Contributor57Views0likes1CommentHow to request 10 free M365 licences for NonProfit with a Godaddy M365 account
Hi, our organization is eligible to M365 offer for non profit, but since we are client to Godaddy M365 , we are automatically redirect to ther logon page when we try to request licences on Microsoft interface. We have contact Godaddy hoping they will remove those restrictions, in order for us to receive M365 licences, but they told us that if we want to move to microsoft they wil simply delete our instance so allow us to go for Microsoft. Appreciate all the conversations, sharing of use cases, and especially the copilot demo. I am in! But I'm getting lost in the options for nonprofits. My org is 8 people, and I've also heard that copilot is only available for orgs of 300+. Is there a free trial available? If not, it'd be great if there were one--at least for the orgs who committed the time to join the summit in Bellevue. Appreciate everyone!SolvedsujinatorFeb 01, 2024Copper Contributor976Views2likes5Comments
