Accepting Azure Credit.
Hello Everyone,
I've been trying to accept our Azure non-profit credit however every time I try it keeps telling me that your billing account already has credits. (didn't understand the process at first so I signed up for a free account with a $200.00 credit.) Does anyone know how to accept this? I tried to create a support ticket but when I input what's happening it jumps to solution and doesn't give me the option to submit anything.
Any help would be great.
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing. Let me provide some easy-to-follow instructions to help you. You can skip the resolution step when entering the ticket. Sometimes, the quota for Severe B - A cases is reached, and in such cases, you might not be able to enter these types of tickets. However, you should still be able to enter a C (Minimal) case without any issues. Please follow these instructions to complete the process:
Create a Support Ticket in Azure
- Navigate to Azure Portal.
- In the top search bar type Help and support.
- Click on Create a support request.
- In the Describe the problem search bar area type your problem.
- After you have filled in the requested information, please click Create a support request.
Finish Creating Ticket
- When you reach the Recommended solution make sure to click on Return support request.
- Click the "Next" button.
- From there you will be able to continue the process in the Additional details area by filling out the information, then click the Next button.
- Under Review and Create make sure information is accurate, then select Create.
That should allow you to finish the process. If you leave or need to check on the status of your tickets, you can track the ticket under Help + support > Support > All support requests.
I hope this information helps. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask!
