Azure Grant Submission was unsuccessful - Error Code 715-123190
Hello,
My Problem is the same as:
Error when trying to claim Nonprofit Azure grant | Microsoft Community Hub
And similar to:
Error when trying to enroll to Azure Benefit | Microsoft Community Hub
I tried with my customer to claim his reward for the Azure Subscription. We opened the account on the Non-Profit-Hub successfully and the organization is approved for the reward.
However, we got this error:
How to resolve this?

Hello,
I am sorry to hear about the issues with your account. The 715 errors may be related to trust issues or account declination. Have you received any notifications about your account being closed? Please check with the eligibility team to see if your account needs updating or if any documents are required for verification
In the meantime, you will need to open a support ticket with Microsoft Nonprofit Support Team related to eligibility. I also want to add the Business support link below for the phone numbers based on geographical location.

thanks for your answer and providing the link. I opened a support ticket through the Nonprofit Support Team. They were quick, responsive and able to resolve this issue. Now, it worked and we were able to claim the Azure Grant.

I think it's some kind of special activation process via product support. I'm having the same issue — waiting for a reply from the support team.

yes, I needed to open a ticket with the Nonprofit Support Team. They were able to resolve the issue.
