Error when trying to enroll to Azure Benefit

We are trying to get non profit benefit of azure credits but we run a problem when trying to log on to NonProfit Page.

We go through this page Nonprofit offers (microsoft.com) and we log in with our Globa Admin Account in our tenant. After login, the following error appears.  We´ve already contact through support page but no answer yet.

Meenah, could you help me too. Im having the exact same error trying to enroll our Nonprofit charity into the Azure cloud benefit. Specifically, when I try to navigate back to the page to check on the status of the submission I get the following error. It appears its happening when trying to log in. I had contacted the Microsoft 365 tech support via chat. If there is a known solution, it may help resolve this. I also wanted to post here, because the problem appears to be bigger than just one event for one person.

        Hello Daniel_Williams-Solve

The product team determined the support case was initially misrouted and they have corrected that. A support representative should be reaching out to you in the next few days once someone is assigned to your case.

        Thank you,

  • Hey RodrigoEMA,

I'm sending you a private message to request additional information from you. Please check your messages.

    Thanks,
