Error when trying to enroll to Azure Benefit

Specifically, when I try to navigate back to the page to check on the status of the submission I get the following error. It appears its happening when trying to log in. I had contacted the Microsoft 365 tech support via chat. If there is a known solution, it may help resolve this. I also wanted to post here, because the problem appears to be bigger than just one event for one person.
