Error when trying to claim Nonprofit Azure grant
Hi,
I recently signed up for the Microsoft Nonprofit program and our nonprofit was accepted. Then, I tried to claim the offered Azure grant of $2000. When I select the Claim button I get an error back. I've created a support request but it has been over a week without getting any answer. Support request number is 2404120040001042.
The error I'm getting when trying to claim the Azure grant is:
Your Azure grant submission was unsuccessful.
We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 715-123190.

I just wanted to confirm that I now succeeded in claiming and activating the nonprofit Azure grant after getting some help from the support representative.
The issue was seemingly related to some IP address geo-restrictions. Our non-profit is registered in the Netherlands, but is operating in Indonesia. We as volunteers (mainly Dutch expats) are also in Indonesia and therefore I used an Indonesian IP address. After switching to a Dutch IP address via a VPN I was able to claim the grant without issue.
