Error when trying to enroll to Azure Benefit
We are trying to get non profit benefit of azure credits but we run a problem when trying to log on to NonProfit Page. We go through this page Nonprofit offers (microsoft.com) and we log in with our Globa Admin Account in our tenant. After login, the following error appears. We´ve already contact through support page but no answer yet. Something went wrong We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 920-123190 and transaction 6164516b-531e-4d12-a846-1cfdefa3a687. Azure sponsorship not showing up
After following the instructions here about the Azure grant: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/offers/azure I received an email saying it was approved and the subscription shows up in my Azure portal but I'm not seeing the sponsorship/balance in the Azure sponsorships portal: https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance# Am I missing something, or does it just take a while until it shows up there?Save the Date: Global Nonprofit Leaders Summit in 2025

Error when trying to claim Nonprofit Azure grant
Hi, I recently signed up for the Microsoft Nonprofit program and our nonprofit was accepted. Then, I tried to claim the offered Azure grant of $2000. When I select the Claim button I get an error back. I've created a support request but it has been over a week without getting any answer. Support request number is 2404120040001042. The error I'm getting when trying to claim the Azure grant is: Your Azure grant submission was unsuccessful. We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 715-123190.
