Hi We are based in the UK, and I have signed up for MS non profit via TechSoup and Charity Digital; I have been told that we have been approved as a non-profit. I have set up the MS Admin Center and associated our domain. When I come to select the free MS 365 basic package from Billing|Purchase Services for our users I am offered the "paid for" version - no free version available. I have also noticed that when I log into the Nonprofit Hub (not even sure what this is, or whether it's important), I get the message: "Something went wrong We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 920-123190 and transaction 5077c6a9-8a5b-4b35-af78-3291ed34dc25. I have posted a query with support, but nothing has happened. We are a small, newly established, UK charity and MS is a very important step for us, can I have some help please to set up our MS Non-profit account.
