Nonprofit Business Basic licenses not available after approval

Our nonprofit organization (Baan Vereniging Alkmaar) has been approved through the Microsoft Nonprofit Hub. However, when attempting to claim Microsoft 365 Business Basic nonprofit licenses in the Admin Center (Billing → Purchase services), we receive the error: 'Sorry, your organization is not eligible for this offer.' The nonprofit approval is confirmed but the licenses are not linked to our tenant. Please activate the nonprofit grant licenses for our tenant.

I tried to contact by phone (0800 020 2546 given by https://admin.microsoft.com/ for The Netherlands) but the number seems to be offline.

After that I tried to create a support ticket at: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com

(which trows an error: Error occurred while submitting request. Please try again.)

How to proceed?...

Non profit grant not showing in Azure

Hi all,

We successfully renewed a non profit grant (https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/offers/azure shows it is active from 30/03/2026), however it is not showing in the Azure portal at all.

In the Azure portal, the payment methods tab does not show any credits. Does someone know how to resolve this? I have sent a support request to Microsoft but have no idea of what their timelines are like for responding.

Our nonprofit was approved under the Microsoft non-profit organization account, and I attempted to sign up for the non-profit grant so we could building our system, but I received the following error message:

We are being rejected for azure grant

Dear Microsoft,

We need help regarding azure grant. I as a founder and representative of non profit association "Ekviti" in Serbia, tried to register our association in Microsoft non profits program. We were accepted, we have emails, subscribed for 9 licenses and all is fine except we are getting rejected for azure grant.

I have added all of the documentation we could think of, but we never got what is actually needed? Last answer from support/team for azure grant was:

We have been unable to determine your relationship to the nonprofit organization and are unable to process your account for Nonprofit offers.

we would appreciate help from Microsoft side to know what should we provide. We are building awesome app that will help build society awareness for helping others and improving life. We are working on it for 4 years and we plan to go live in 1 year, you can check our website Responsible digital society - ekviti.

There are 7 of us as board members, all developers, we been working in .net for a 8 years and really enjoy it, this grant would help us achieve our dream in which people are competing to do good, that is what this app is for.

current annual limit per employee

HI everyone, I am wondering what the current annual limitation is for an individual employee donating. Awhile back, i recall the limit being 15k per employee that microsoft would match. Is that still the case?

Issue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required

Hello,

Our organization has been accepted into the Microsoft Non-Profit program, and we have been granted 10 donated licenses. However, in order to obtain them, I need to purchase them, even though the cost is 0 euros. I understand this is an administrative process to acquire the licenses.

The problem is that the system requires me to enter a credit card. I tried using a prepaid Mastercard, but it was not accepted. Unfortunately, our organization does not have a credit card.

Is there any way to obtain these licenses without providing a credit card number?

Unable to Activate Microsoft 365 Nonprofit Grant – Eligibility Issue

Our organization (Al-Rifqa Organization for Community Peace) has been officially approved for the Microsoft Nonprofit Grant program. We received the confirmation email and successfully logged into the Admin Center using our organization account:

**Admin email**: email address removed for privacy reasons

However, when we try to access or assign the Microsoft 365 Business Premium Grant license from the Admin Center, we receive this message:

**"You are not eligible to buy this product"**

We kindly request assistance to resolve this issue so we can begin using the licensed services. Thank you very much.

Error in logging in to my Nonprofit Hub Account

Our Organization has just been approved for the Microsoft Nonprofit grant, but I receive the error displayed below when I try to log in to the Nonprofit Hub account. I've sent a ticket to the support, but I still have not gotten any response yet.

Just approved but wrong tenant

After getting the final approval notice from Microsoft, I noticed that the login to the nonprofit portal ends with the domain "MyCompany1.onmicrosoft.com" but our existing tenant with all our licenses is "MyCompnay.onmicrosoft.com". In order for our existing tenant "MyCompany.onmicrosoft.com" to be able to purchase nonprofit licenses does a merge or transfer of some kind need to take place?

I tried with my customer to claim his reward for the Azure Subscription. We opened the account on the Non-Profit-Hub successfully and the organization is approved for the reward.

Hello Everyone,

I've been trying to accept our Azure non-profit credit however every time I try it keeps telling me that your billing account already has credits. (didn't understand the process at first so I signed up for a free account with a $200.00 credit.) Does anyone know how to accept this? I tried to create a support ticket but when I input what's happening it jumps to solution and doesn't give me the option to submit anything.

Any help would be great.

New Nonprofit - Already have a Tenant

We are a small nonprofit and we created a Microsoft 365 tenant a couple years ago and have been using it. When applying for techsoup last week, it forced us to create a new username/domain on onmicrosoft (assuming a new tenant).

Now that we are recently approved through techsoup, will we be able to use the granted licenses and services we receive through techsoup with our EXISTING tenant that we have used for a couple years?

Error when accessing non-profit hub

Hello,

our organization just received the notification that it is eligible for the Microsoft non-profit program.

When I tried to access the non-profit portal, I only get an error message. I tried to contact support and they stated that my „account does not satisfy Microsoft requirements, and will not be allowed to proceed at this time“. What does that mean? Our organization meets all requirements.

I hope someone here can clarify this.

Problem with new account

Last month I received positive verification of my nonprofit organization, and thus gained access to the Nonprofit Hub. After about a week, an error began to appear when logging in:
Something went wrong
We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 715-123190 and transaction ce9ed06e-57a7-4067-8fba-abb9207d8724.
As described, I contacted and admit I don't know what the issue is because I got this response:
We're sorry that our Internal Team can no longer reactivate your access to the Nonprofit Portal Hub due to Microsoft policy update.
Once your nonprofit subscription expires, you can always avail Commercial licenses via https://portal.office.com.

What, as an organization, can we do to regain access to the account? And does anyone perhaps know what happened here?

Unable to activate azure grant
