page set up issue

I see first textbox well on my desktop. when i see first textbox on my client's laptop i see my first textbox as the second one with space at the top and at the bottom. please carefully observe the second one.

@nageswarmoyya It is not possible to tell anything based on the screen shots in that document, other than to state that there is no reason to be using text boxes at all.

If you upload a copy of the actual document so that we can access that, we can show you how to set it up without resorting to the use of text boxes.

@nageswarmoyya You should use a table to lay out the document rather than text boxes.
