My Windows Server 2016 was setup over 3 years ago and has worked fine since then. Now it says product not activated and any Windows Server 2016 Standard license I enter gives me error code: "we can't activate Windows on this device because the key doesn't match the hardware profile 0xC004F00F." When I check the Product ID, it says "Not Available".
