Which program am I in?

Copper Contributor

Hi,

My computer thinks I am in the Window Insider Preview programme but the Microsoft website thinks I am not in the Insider program.

I am trying to carry out an inline upgrade due to an issue but I cannot get to the iso as the website does not think I am registered for the program.

Just went to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/getting-started

and as shown in the attachment system does not think I am already registered.

Help Please.

Regards,

     David

@DavidCF175

Download Windows Insider Preview ISO (microsoft.com)

Try logging in again and downloading the ISO.

Hi,

I had logged in before, tried again and now it works.

Thank you.

This is the latest beta = yours is the same, so there is nothing to download.

Now I saw that you have an earlier version.

Hi there,
The reason I need the ISO is because the update to 2050 is failing.
I need to do an inline upgrade to hopefully fix the issue.

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)
