I love Video Backgrounds as my Wallpaper to add a degree of Bling and Exciting Eye Candy to my PC!
One way to do this is to use a program that has been around for a very long time. VLC! Not only can it play Videos but it can also take any Video you have and Display it as a Wallpaper. Using the repeat function it works great as a Desktop Video Wallpaper. The other Benefit is that VLC plays nearly any Video out there!
