How to track my screen time on Windows 11?

Copper Contributor

I'm trying to find a way to track and monitor my screen time on my Windows 11 desktop. I want to know how much time I've spent using my computer, which apps and websites I've been using, and maybe even set some limits or goals for myself. The thing is, I'm not sure where to find this information or how to set it up. I've tried searching online and looking through my settings, but I can't seem to find anything that does what I'm looking for. Can someone help me figure out how to track my screen time on Windows 11?

If you're part of a Microsoft family group, you can use Microsoft Family Safety to monitor your screen time and set limits for yourself, and sign in to the Microsoft Family Safety website and click on "Set limits" for your account. Choose the types of content you want to limit (e.g., apps, games, or websites) and set the daily limits.
